Last year, we decided against a traditional Christmas present for our customers from pharmacies, doctors' surgeries and clinics and wanted to consciously set an example for more social commitment. As part of this year's winter fundraising campaign, Aristo Pharma is calling for support for Berlin's Cold aid charity under the motto “Donations instead of gifts”.

Every year, more than 600,000 people in Germany are homeless, of which around 37,000 live on the streets without shelter and therefore without any protection from the cold winter months. According to experts, the number of unreported cases is even higher. This is where the valuable work of the Berliner Stadtmission's Cold aid comes in, which has been helping homeless people for over 30 years - especially with the help of volunteers.

A central component of this initiative are three cold weather buses, which are in operation from the beginning of November until the end of March of the following year. The buses are on the road every night throughout Berlin, seeking out homeless people who cannot make it to emergency accommodation. In addition to safe accommodation, those affected also receive warm clothing, medical care, meals and psychological support.

With a donation of 10,000 euros, Aristo Pharma is supporting the commitment and work of the cold aid buses in Berlin. In addition, this year's winter campaign aims to raise awareness of how to help the homeless and homeless people and motivate people to donate. To this end, a dedicated campaign website https://aristo-pharma-winteraktion.de has been set up to provide information about the commitment of the Cold aid bus.

With this year's fundraising campaign, we are sending out a signal of solidarity and calling on people to take responsibility together and help those who urgently need our support.
