We also expect our suppliers to comply with applicable laws and international regulations, respect human rights and protect the environment. Read more about this in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
Complaints regarding human rights and environmental standards
We encourage anyone to report human rights or environmental risks or violations in the Aristo Pharma Group's business and along our supply chain (direct and indirect suppliers).
The following areas of protection are covered by the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act:
- Prohibition of child labor
- Prohibition of forced labor
- Prohibition of slavery or practices similar to slavery
- Health and safety in the workplace
- Prohibition of disregard for freedom of association
- Prohibition of unequal treatment of employees
- Prohibition of withholding an appropriate wage/minimum wage
- Prohibition of environmental pollution (soil, air, water, noise) and protection of natural resources
- Prohibition of unlawful forced eviction and unlawful seizure of land, forests and waters
- Prohibition of inappropriate use of security forces

Human Rights Officer
The Aristo Pharma Group has appointed a Human Rights Officer to monitor the risk management system and the implementation of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. Documentation and reporting
We will publish an annual report on the fulfillment of our due diligence obligations on our website. The report will be published no later than four months after the end of the respective financial year and for the first time on April 30, 2025.
